Fresh Product Promise

Every arrangement leaving the Candleshopia studio is inspected for freshness and craftsmanship. Because flowers are perishable, we do not accept traditional returns, but we will promptly make things right if an order arrives damaged or fails to match the agreed specifications.

Eligibility Window

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you experience an issue. Photos of the arrangement may be required so we can assess the concern and identify improvements.

Resolution Options

  • Complimentary replacement or touch-up for arrangements that arrive damaged or wilted.
  • Partial refund or store credit when substitutions exceed our substitution policy without prior approval.
  • Future service credit when on-site installations are delayed due to factors within our control.

Substitution Policy

Seasonal availability can require substitutions. We follow the palette, value, and general shape that was approved. If critical focal blooms are unavailable, we will contact you for direction. Unauthorized substitutions are eligible for adjustment.

Custom Installations

Large-scale installations require deposits and final payments as outlined in your proposal. Deposits are non-refundable once product has been ordered. Changes to event dates or scope should be communicated in writing at least 14 days in advance so we can attempt to accommodate the request.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Arrangements that have been kept without water or proper care after delivery.
  • Custom vessels, engraved items, or special-order props once production has begun.
  • Discounted or final-sale florals identified as such at purchase.

How to Request Support

Email or call us with your order number, delivery address, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the concern. Our team will respond within one business day with next steps.

Delivery Issues

If the recipient is unavailable or the delivery address is inaccurate, we will contact you for alternate instructions. Additional delivery attempts may incur a fee. We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
